IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Wichita, KS)

Ironwood Bright Financial is a financial-services company in Wichita. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. Career paths are clear. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with payment disputes. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
