IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Wichita, KS)

Amberfield Yarrow Inspection Services Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 76 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Wichita, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
