IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Wichita, KS)

Nova Juniper Inspection Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for field inspections, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 53 people based in Wichita. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with field inspections. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Wichita. • We reply to every applicant.
