IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Greenridge Ember Financial serves customers across Virginia Beach with accounts, loans and payments, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 19 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with regulatory reports. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
