IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Clearpath Sparrow Hospitality operates hotels and event venues around Virginia Beach. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 11 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with food costs. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
