IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Umber Legal Group and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with court deadlines. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
