IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Virginia Beach, VA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Yarrow Banking Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with deposit accounts. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We reply to every applicant.
