IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Virginia Beach, VA)

Westbrook Union Hospitality Group operates hotels and event venues around Virginia Beach. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 17 people based in Virginia Beach. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with group events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Virginia Beach. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
