IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tulsa, OK)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Bright Staffing and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with timekeeping. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tulsa. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
