IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tulsa, OK)

Fernwood Harbor Energy is an energy provider in Tulsa focused on reliable service and fair billing, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with usage data. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
