IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tulsa, OK)

Clearpath Bridge Facilities cleans and maintains buildings for schools, offices and hospitals around Tulsa, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with customer sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Tulsa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
