IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tulsa, OK)

Rivermark Beacon Markets is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for promotions, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 15 people based in Tulsa. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with promotions. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tulsa. • We reply to every applicant.
