IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tucson, AZ)

Clearpath Cedar Civic Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for procurement, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Public service means patience, paperwork and pride in the outcome. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with procurement. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in Tucson. • We reply to every applicant.
