IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tucson, AZ)

Nova Ivory Civic Services supports public agencies in Tucson with budgeting, records and programmes, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with budget submissions. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tucson. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
