IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Toledo, OH)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Quill Banking Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. We keep decisions close to customers and expect people to explain things plainly. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with fraud alerts. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
