IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Toledo, OH)

Clearpath Lakeside Telecom Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for customer tickets, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 36 people based in Toledo. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with customer tickets. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
