IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Toledo, OH)

Nova Orchard Banking Services is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for account openings, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with account openings. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Toledo. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
