IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Toledo, OH)

Bluepeak Rowan Banking Services provides everyday banking and small-business lending around Toledo, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Most people here started in a branch and stayed. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with loan files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Toledo. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
