IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tampa, FL)

Ironwood Rowan Legal Group is a law firm in Tampa serving businesses and individuals. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with document review. Working arrangement • Contract for three months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Tampa. • We reply to every applicant.
