IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tampa, FL)

Greenridge Yarrow Health Group is a healthcare provider in Tampa with clinics and support teams, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Continuing education is supported. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with electronic records. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Tampa. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
