IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tampa, FL)

Clearpath Cedar Hospitality is a hospitality company in Tampa with restaurants, rooms and catering, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with housekeeping schedules.
