IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Tampa, FL)

Lumen Vale Manufacturing manufactures parts and assemblies at its Tampa plant. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We value people who work safely and speak up. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with tooling. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Tampa, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
