IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (St. Louis, MO)

Fernwood Keystone Inspection Services Group provides independent inspection and testing for industry across St. Louis, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Technicians travel and report carefully. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with client sites. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, mornings. • On site in St. Louis. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
