IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (St. Louis, MO)

Summit Quarry Arts Center Partners is an arts centre in St. Louis with a full calendar of events, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 99 people based in St. Louis. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with volunteer programmes. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in St. Louis. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
