IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (St. Louis, MO)

Summit Linden Arts Center is an arts centre in St. Louis with a full calendar of events. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We run on creativity, deadlines and a lot of goodwill. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with exhibitions. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in St. Louis, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
