IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Spokane, WA)

Clearpath Vale Markets is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for shrink and waste, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. We are friendly and busy, especially on weekends. What you will do • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with shrink and waste. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
