IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Spokane, WA)

Silverline Bridge Arts Center Group is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for visitor services, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 44 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with visitor services. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for four months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
