IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Fernwood Keystone Telecom and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. We keep people connected and take outages personally. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service installations. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
