IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Foxglove Cross Facilities and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Bilingual teams are common. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with safety inspections. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Contract for nine months, with the possibility of becoming permanent. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
