IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Timber Property Management Partners manages apartment communities around Spokane, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We are flexible about schedules. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with resident events. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Spokane. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
