IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Spokane, WA)

Rivermark Ashton Freight coordinates shipments and warehousing around Spokane, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • Experience with claims. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, afternoons. • On site in Spokane, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
