IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Spokane, WA)

We are growing our team at Rivermark Pine Insurance and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Claims teams work together and share what they learn. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with underwriting files. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
