IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Spokane, WA)

Stonegate Bright Water Authority is a public water utility serving the Spokane area, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 158 people based in Spokane. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with meter reading. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Spokane. • We reply to every applicant.
