IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Forge Environmental Services and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with fleet maintenance. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
