IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Savannah, GA)

Summit Basin Foods Group produces packaged foods at its Savannah plant. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of about 855 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with ingredient orders. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
