IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Summit Financial and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Teams collaborate across risk, service and technology. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with vendor spend. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
