IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Savannah, GA)

Bluepeak Summit Construction Group is a Savannah contractor with project managers, trades and support staff. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with project schedules. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 16 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
