IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Savannah, GA)

Bluepeak Birch Arts Center Partners runs a venue and education programmes in Savannah. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with event logistics. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Savannah. • We reply to every applicant.
