IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Savannah, GA)

Stonegate Yarrow Energy delivers power and gas plans across the Savannah region, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We work closely with regulators and communities. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with service connections. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
