IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Savannah, GA)

We are growing our team at Clearpath Maple Water Authority and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 68 people based in Savannah. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with meter reading. Working arrangement • Full-time, with a steady weekday schedule. • On site in Savannah, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
