IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Savannah, GA)

Bluepeak Birch Arts Center Partners is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for event logistics, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. Everyone pitches in on show days. What you will do • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with event logistics. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 20 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Savannah. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
