IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Savannah, GA)

Ironwood Ridge Construction is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for permits, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would work closely with colleagues in operations, support and management. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with permits. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Savannah. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
