IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (San Diego, CA)

Bright Mill Freight is looking for an IT Support Specialist. The job centres on network troubleshooting for proof of delivery, and it would suit someone who likes steady, practical work. You would join a small organisation of about 126 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with proof of delivery. Working arrangement • Full-time, Monday to Friday. • On site in San Diego. • We reply to every applicant.
