IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (San Diego, CA)

Bluepeak Cross Banking Services is a community-focused bank in San Diego serving households and small businesses, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a large organisation of more than 1,000 people based in San Diego. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with fraud alerts. Working arrangement • Contract for six months, with clear deliverables from the first week. • On site in San Diego, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We reply to every applicant.
