IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Silverline Yarrow Hospitality is a hospitality company in Salt Lake City with restaurants, rooms and catering. We are hiring an IT Support Specialist to take on network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 41 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. What we are looking for • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with reviews and feedback. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, mornings. • On site in Salt Lake City. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
