IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Rivermark Glen Legal Group is a law firm in Salt Lake City serving businesses and individuals, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. People here care about clients, not just cases. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with client files. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, with flexible days. • On site in Salt Lake City. • Applications are reviewed on a rolling basis.
