IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Salt Lake City, UT)

Redstone Granite Financial is a financial-services company in Salt Lake City, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. You would join a small organisation of about 120 people based in Salt Lake City. What you will do • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • Experience with regulatory reports. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Full-time, on a regular day shift. • On site in Salt Lake City, with some flexibility after the first few months. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
