IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Sacramento, CA)

Ironwood Bright Water Authority Partners supplies drinking water and treats wastewater for Sacramento and nearby communities, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. Crews and office staff work closely together. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Troubleshoot Wi-Fi, VPN and software problems and escalate vendor issues with clear notes. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • Experience with pipe repairs. • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 24 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
