IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Sacramento, CA)

Westbrook Meadow Construction builds commercial and industrial projects around Sacramento, and we need an IT Support Specialist to lead our network troubleshooting. We build things that last and we are honest about schedules. What you will do • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with project schedules. Working arrangement • Part-time, about 28 hours a week, spread across three days. • On site in Sacramento. • We reply to every applicant.
