IT Support Specialist - network troubleshooting (Richmond, VA)

We are growing our team at Greenridge Drift Health and adding an IT Support Specialist whose main responsibility will be network troubleshooting. Clinicians and administrators work side by side. What you will do • Create and disable user accounts as people join and leave. • Set up, repair and retire laptops, phones and printers. • Keep an accurate asset list and patch schedule. • Write short how-to guides for problems that keep recurring. • Answer support requests by phone, chat and in person and log every ticket. What we are looking for • One to three years of help-desk or desktop-support experience. • Working knowledge of Windows, macOS and Microsoft 365. • A patient way with colleagues who are not technical. Nice to have • CompTIA A+ or similar certification. • Experience with clinic supplies. Working arrangement • Contract for eight months, with a review at the end and a chance of extension. • On site in Richmond. • We will tell you what to expect at each step of the hiring process.
